Tulip House is a 1912 character house located on Point Grey Road in the quiet neighbourhood of Kitsilano in Vancouver, Canada. It is situated across the street from a small city park overlooking the ocean, Stanley Park, and the North Shore Mountains and is just minutes away from Downtown, the University of British Columbia, and Granville Island.

Kitsilano is a vibrant community: Shops, cafes, restaurants, even a cinema, are within easy walking distance. A stroll of a few city blocks brings you to Jericho Beach. An outdoor salt-water swimming pool at Kits Beach and Spanish Banks are also within walking distance. There are also free tennis courts, UBC Golf Course, Jericho Tennis Club, and a place to hire kayaks and canoes nearby.

Point Grey Road has recently been zoned for local traffic only, so the neighbourhood is now considerably quieter and safer for residents, bicyclists, and pedestrians.
